92bat does not charge fees on withdrawals. Standard fees charged by your payment provider — such as mobile wallet transaction charges or bank processing fees — are the responsibility of the account holder.
The following rules apply to all sports bets and in-play wagers placed at 92bat. Sport-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published in the relevant section of the platform.
A bet is accepted and binding only when 92bat issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets entered but not confirmed — for example due to network interruption or system timeout — are not valid and no liability attaches to 92bat for unconfirmed bets. You must ensure you have sufficient balance in your 92bat account before attempting to place a bet.
The odds displayed at 92bat at the time you click to place a bet are the odds that will be applied to your wager. Odds are not guaranteed until your bet is confirmed. In fast-moving live markets, the odds may change between the moment you select them and the moment confirmation is issued — in such cases, 92bat will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline.
The minimum stake for any single bet at 92bat is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are set by 92bat at its discretion. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 92bat reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void before the outcome can be determined, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's 92bat account. For in-play bets placed before an abandonment, settlement is governed by the specific sport rules published on the 92bat platform. In the case of PSL matches settled via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, the official result stands.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, decimal odds far outside the market range due to a technical or human error — 92bat reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. 92bat will provide written notification to the affected Player within 72 hours of identifying such an error.
92bat offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds credited to your 92bat account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10× means you must wager ten times the bonus before withdrawal) — will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Real money funds in your account are always wagered before bonus funds.
Bonuses and free bets issued by 92bat carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and free bets are forfeited on expiry without compensation. 92bat is not obligated to issue reminders before bonus expiry.
92bat actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using algorithmic betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between linked accounts, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum wagering requirement without genuine sporting intent. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonuses and related winnings removed, and may be permanently suspended from 92bat.
The 92bat Refer a Friend programme allows existing Players to earn rewards when they successfully refer new Players to the platform. Referral rewards are subject to specific programme terms published in the Refer a Friend section of the 92bat platform. Self-referrals — referring yourself through a secondary account — are considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

Crash games operate with a multiplier that increases from 1.00× and may crash at any point. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm before the round begins. To secure a win, you must cash out before the crash occurs. If the game crashes before you cash out, your stake is lost. 92bat is not responsible for late cashout attempts due to network delays on the Player's side. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, 92bat's server-side records of the game state at the point of disconnection are the authoritative record. 92bat will make reasonable efforts to resolve disconnection-related disputes fairly but cannot guarantee a particular outcome in all cases. Players accept this risk when participating in real-money games at 92bat.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, 92bat may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. 92bat will provide written notification of account closure and the reason for it wherever legally permitted.
You may close your 92bat account at any time by contacting support@92bat.bet. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
